Seller Lab is noon's seller centre: the dashboard at noon.partners where you manage your catalog, prices and stock, send inventory to noon warehouses, process orders, read your statements and run ads. This guide is for UAE and Egypt sellers who are already registered and want to run their store well day to day.
If you have not opened your account yet, start with how to sell on noon. Menu names below follow noon's official Seller Help articles. noon updates Seller Lab regularly, so if a label looks different, search for it in the noon Seller Help Center.
Your daily Seller Lab routine
1. Catalog: managing your products
In Seller Lab, open the navigation menu, then Catalog, then My Catalog. You see each SKU with its partner SKU, price, estimated fees based on your selling model, stock, a 30-day performance snapshot, and active and visibility status.
To add products, click Add product, then Create Single Product or Create Multiple Products for bulk upload. Fill in product identity, content and offer details, then Create and Continue.
Keep the same SKU for a product on noon as on your other channels. It makes stock syncing and reporting much easier later.
2. Offers: price and stock
On a product's detail page, the Offer section is where you update price, stock, warranty, offer note and barcode for each size or variant. Price and stock are the two fields you will touch most, especially during sales events.
3. FBN: sending stock with an ASN
If noon fulfils your orders (FBN), you send inventory to noon's warehouse using an Advance Shipment Notice (ASN). Go to Fulfilled by noon (FBN), then My ASN & Storage. You will see tabs for Shipments, Storage, Requests, Product Dimensions and Serialization Service.
noon classifies storage by item type (for example high retail value, apparel and footwear, temperature controlled) and by size (standard, oversize, bulky). Check the Managing ASN and Storage article before your first shipment.
4. Orders: FBP and DirectShip
If you fulfil orders yourself (Fulfilled by Partner), DirectShip orders are tracked under Fulfilled by Partner. Orders move through statuses such as Pending, In progress, Shipment generated and Manifest generated, then Shipped and Delivered. You can process them on the web in Seller Lab or in noon's Android app, and you need noon packaging materials and AWB labels ready.
Order processing steps changed for sellers onboarded to DirectShip after October and November 2025, by country. Follow the article that matches your onboarding date.
5. Payments and statements
Open Payments & Fees, then Statements. noon issues statements weekly, and each has a reference number reflecting its date. You can download the Statement Detail Report for an item-level breakdown of fees. Amounts for fees in that report are shown excluding VAT.
Statement of Account: a monthly summary of revenue, fees and payouts per business unit, with opening balance, net proceeds, fees and payouts.
Invoices & Credit Notes: customer invoices and credit notes, plus noon's fee invoices that you can use to claim input VAT.
Payout thresholds: weekly payouts depend on reaching a minimum balance that differs by bank account currency and country. Check the current threshold in noon's How will I get paid article, since noon's help pages are updated over time.
6. Performance: watch cancellations
For FBP sellers, open Account Health and Report, then FBP Performance. The dashboard shows total orders, cancellation rate and value of cancelled orders, a weekly breakdown, and cancellation reasons such as Seller Rejection, Delay Rejection and Shipment Lost. It shows the last 90 days by default.
Most seller rejections happen when noon shows stock you no longer have, often because the item sold on another channel. That is exactly the problem stock syncing solves.
7. Ads: Product Ads in Ad Manager
From Seller Lab, open the side menu and select Ads and Promotions, or go to advertise.noon.com. In Ad Manager, click Create Campaign, choose Product Ads, pick up to 200 products per campaign, and choose a bidding strategy and daily budget. Ads are ranked by your bid and a relevance score, so a strong product page helps your ads too.
